FAQs
HOW DO I COLLECT POINTS? You collect points when you shop,on the Yeex App; Points will be added automatically within a few days to your loyalty card or simply submit your reciept to us via the link provided.
HOW MANY POINTS DO I EARN PER PURCHASE? For each card, (except for Yeex EAT) you will earn 50 points per purchase (EAT, MALL or PHARMACY)
CAN I USE MY POINTS TO PAY FOR GOODS It only applies to the Reward Card; you earn N50 per 1000 points earned. This can only be credited to your account.
DOES MY LOYALTY CARD EXPIRE? Yes, the loyalty cards does expire at different dates. Expiry dates are displayed on the cards.
HOW ARE REWARDS OR WINNERS SELECTED? Purple Friday: Winners are drawn from a raffle of qualified entries on the date specified online. Yeex EAT: You will earn a free meal (worth N6k) on your 9th order. Reward Card: you can earn cash equivalent every month end only (credited to your account) when requested
